Social Links Software BV grants You an irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The license is granted as a one-seat license key, so it can be activated in 1 (one) Maltego Pro/ Enterprise, or at 1 (one) IBM i2 Analyst Notebook at 1 PC ("License key"). License key is given for 1 calendar year unless otherwise is set out in the Invoice.

Fee rates for the annual License keys are set out in the invoice and are valid during the access period also set out in the invoice and the access period constitute the term of this Agreement.

You pay in advance for 1 year for the License key. Each continuing year shall be paid 30 days prior to the expiration date set out in the invoice. If You fail to renew the license in time fee rates on the date of renewal will apply.

You agree not to, and You will not permit others to:

Social Links Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily
or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and
without liability to You.

Social Links Inc. may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Application. You agree that Social Links Inc. has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Application to You.

You further agree that all Updates will be (i) deemed to constitute an integral part of the
Application, and (ii) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Application may display, include or make available third-party content (including data,
information, applications, and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services («Third-Party Services»). You acknowledge and agree that Social Links Inc. shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. Social Links Inc. does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to You or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.

Third-Party Services and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to You and You access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated due to its expiration, by You or Social Links Inc.

This Agreement is made between You and us for the period set out in the invoice.

Social Links Inc. may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Social Links Inc., in the event that You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
You may terminate this Agreement by written notice 30 days prior to the Expiration date of
yearly License key by email sent to sales@sociallinks.io.

Upon termination of this Agreement, You shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your computer.

Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Social Links's rights or remedies at law or in equity in case You breached the Agreement.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Agreement version on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on the Application, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Agreement.

You are advised to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Changes to this Agreement are effective when they are posted on this page: https://sociallinks.io/license_agreement

The laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

You and us agree to make all reasonable efforts to amicably resolve all disputes that may arise under this Agreement. If the dispute has not been resolved amicably, the dispute shall be referred to the court of Amsterdam.

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Social Links Inc. regarding your use of the Application and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Social Links Inc. You may be subject to
additional terms and conditions that apply when you use or purchase other Social Links Inc.'s services, which Social Links Inc. will provide to you at the time of such use or purchase.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you, either an individual or legal entity ("You") and Social Links Inc. ("Social Links", "We" or "Us") and it governs your use of the Application. Please read this Agreement carefully before paying the invoice, downloading or using Social Links Maltego (Pro / Enterprise) or IBM i2 Analyst Notebook ("SL PRO" or «Application»).

«By paying the invoice You are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Invoice sent to You for the payment of SL PRO ("Invoice") and delivery file that contains your License keys' details ("Delivery file") constitute the integral parts of this Agreement.

If You are not the end-user then You are agreeing

1) to ensure that the end-user has carefully read this Agreement,

2) that by paying the invoice by You confirm that the end-user has read this Agreement and agreed to its Terms, and

3) to remain responsible for consequences of violation of this Agreement by the end-user unless it is proved that the end-user has read and agreed to this Agreement.

If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not pay the invoice and do not download or use the Application.

The Application is licensed, not sold, to You by Social Links Inc. for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
