The Social Links team has always tried to stay outside of politics. However, now we feel it is especially important for us to express our position – we cannot stay neutral.
We are totally opposed to all forms of aggression and violence, which by definition extends to any war or military action, regardless of the countries and nationalities involved.
In believing that every nation and country deserves to live in peace and independently determine their own development, we condemn Russian military actions in the territory of Ukraine.
When we established Social Links, our mission was to restore trust in data for a safer and more open world. This has always been our main priority and will always be so for our multinational and multicultural team, who are united in their aim and dedication to reach this common goal.

ARE YOU SUBJECT TO SANCTIONS?
No. We are not subject to sanctions in any capacity at all. Neither the company, nor its branches, founders, management, or employees are under US/CA/EU sanction. Our business operates outside the political sphere and is totally unconnected with political issues.
ARE ANY OF YOUR CLIENTS UNDER SANCTION?
No. We only provide our solutions to customers that are not under US/CA/EU sanctions and are compliant with the US Department of the Treasury requirements and OFAC SDN List.
HOW ARE YOU OPERATING NOW? DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
We are operating as usual, with no restrictions at all.
WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS?
We have more than 500 clients based in 50+ countries around the world, more than 50% of whom are from Europe and the USA.
WHAT KIND OF RELATIONS DO YOU HAVE WITH RUSSIA?
Social Links is a privately held American company, whose HQ is a Delaware c-corp, with its central office based in NY, USA. The corporation has three major branches: the US Branch (Social Links, LLC located in Miami, Florida) and EU Branch (Social Links Software, BV., located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands) plus our EU R&D Center (Social links Latvia, SIA. located in Riga, Latvia). All of our legal entities and infrastructure are located in the EU and we don't have any relations or ties with Russian governmental bodies, and never have.
WHERE ARE YOUR STAFF BASED?
Our diverse and multicultural team is now reflected geographically, with staff members being based in various countries including the US, the Netherlands, Latvia, the UK, Israel, Finland, Ukraine, Turkey, and Kyrgyzstan.
